Pay range: $125k - $130k
Shift:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in South Charleston, WV. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, including primary care services, minor injury treatment, occupational health screenings, and preventive health measures. This role also involves patient education, leadership among clinical staff, and the implementation of health and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient screenings, physical exams, and preventive care visits (ages 2 ).
- Perform minor procedures, including wound care, phlebotomy, and body fluid collection.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making.
- Perform Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals as required.
- Participate in flu shot clinics and biometric screening events.
Qualifications:
- Master of Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current APRN & FNP licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- DOT Certification is required.
- Preferred: At least one year of occupational health experience.
