Front Office Coordinator - Everett, WA
Job Type: Full-Time (on-site)
Shift: 5*8 schedule, Mon-Fri - 12pm - 8pm
Pay: $18 - $25 Hour
Job Description:
A Front Office Coordinator (Recreation/Front Desk Specialist) is responsible for supporting current customers to exceed customer expectations by collaborating on the planning, organizing, communicating, developing, delivering, and measuring of our services. The Recreation/Front Desk Specialist will contribute to the advancement of our quality and compliance to support service growth and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Recreation Delivery
- Staff the facility reception desk during assigned hours.
- Direct building guests to conference rooms, courts, fields, and events.
- Ensure appropriate building usage and get help as needed (staff colleagues, client Program Manager, Security, 911, etc.).
- Assist in emergencies (e.g., call EMS, escort responders, and assist as needed).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Customer-specified health field.
- 3 years of professional experience in a specified health field
- Maintain CPR/AED certification.
- Ability to manage time to ensure all duties and responsibilities are met on a daily and weekly basis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to conduct on-line research.
- Proficient with use of electronic recordkeeping database and client databases (as applicable to each Program).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
