Pay: $95k - $105k/Annually
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead BCBA to join our team in Roswell, GA. This role involves overseeing behavior assessments, creating treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior analysts and technicians.
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB standards.
- Provide direct therapy services when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Familiarity with Central Reach is preferred.
- Maintain CEUs and certification requirements.
