Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and possess a strong background in various medical procedures and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
- Provide care for infants and patients of all ages
- Manage acute pain and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist in emergency room settings and participate in discharge planning
- Perform specimen collection, processing, and analysis
- Operate neonatal ventilators and provide care in ophthalmology settings
- Administer tube feedings as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in the mentioned skills such as infant care, acute pain management, ER procedures, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current LPN license in good standing
Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: $35.97 - $40.00 per hour
