Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the provider in delivering patient care
· Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
· Chart patient information and order tests as necessary
· Obtain prior authorizations for referral appointments and/or medications
· Refill prescriptions and manage medication orders
· Administer immunizations and assist with procedures
· Provide patient education on health management and care instructions
· Perform additional duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic
Qualifications:
· Current LPN or RN license
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
· A team-oriented attitude and commitment to patient care
