Shift: M-F (8:00 am-4:00 pm)

Job Summary:
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assistance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
· Assist physicians and nurses in patient care procedures, examinations, and treatments.
· Prepare patients for procedures, including obtaining medical history and vital signs.
· Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling phone inquiries.
· Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
· Monitor and maintain medical equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
· Assist with diagnostic procedures and imaging studies.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Completion of a recognized Medical Assistant program.
· Previous experience in a medical setting, preferably in vascular or vein practice.
· Proficient in medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
· CPR certification is a plus.
