Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)
- Location: Richmond, Virginia
- Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care
- Pay: 100k-125k Annually
- Relocation/SOB - case by case
Job Summary:
The RN Manager ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through daily oversight of the unit/department. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating nursing care, staffing management, and driving clinical outcomes in alignment with facility objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support evidence-based practices for patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure optimal patient care.
- Manage admissions, discharge processes, and overall unit operations.
- Lead efforts to enhance the patient experience through consistent, positive interactions.
Education & Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Required: 3–5 years of NICU leadership experience in an acute care setting
