Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid/Home Visits) - San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Salary range: $155k - $180k
Shift: Day Shift(Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
- Active and good-standing Nurse Practitioner license
- Willing to do 5-6 home visits per week in (SF and East Bay)
- Certification in the State of California.
- Active and good standing NPI number.
- Post-graduate training in area of responsibility.
- 1 year as a Clinical/Family Nurse Practitioner.
