Pay: $60,000 – $120,000/year (based on schedule & experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform assessments & exams
- Manage chronic & acute conditions
- Prescribe meds & order diagnostics
- Educate patients & families
- Document in EMR (eCW preferred)
Requirements:
- Master's in Nursing (NP)
- Active NY NP license & DEA
- 3 years clinical experience (geriatric/LTC preferred)
- Medicare/Medicaid eligible
