Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wound care and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties:
- Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform wound care procedures such as debridement and dressing changes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies
- Utilize advanced wound care techniques to promote healing
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA license (wound care experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of wound healing and treatment.
- EMR experience (3 years preferred).
