Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Program Manager, Certified Athletic Trainer to oversee services in an industrial setting. The role focuses on injury prevention, early symptom intervention, and ergonomic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver services according to client needs and standards
- Conduct ergonomic training and provide on-site health support
- Develop and manage strategic goals, budgets, and quality measures
- Recruit, train, and develop team members for program delivery
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular feedback and meetings
- Ensure compliance with all policies and maintain safe, secure work environments
- Foster a culture of personal health and responsibility through educational initiatives
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Athletic Trainer in Kentucky
- 3 years of professional experience in Athletic Training
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in an industrial or similar setting is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or a related health field
- State licensure as an Athletic Trainer
- Maintain CPR/AED certification
- Ability to adapt and provide service in varied work environments (manufacturing, warehousing, office, and outdoor settings)
- Proficiency with Athletic Training Systems (ATS), Twin Oaks, and client databases is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to recruit, develop, and manage a team of professionals
