Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in family planning, medical records, Epic software, sterile processing, spinal tap procedures, and airway management is preferred
- Knowledge of home care, senior care, and workers' compensation law is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $2,203.00 - $2,400.00 per week
