Job Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations and management of our home security services in either the Hampton Roads or Moyock NC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field security professionals and technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Sales Growth : Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships in the area.
Customer Service : Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications :
