Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join the Asset-Backed Finance Group at a top-tier Am Law 100 firm. This is a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with an innovative team in one of the industry’s leading structured finance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of structured finance transactions, including securitization platforms.
- Advise issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and collateral managers on asset-backed finance offerings.
- Engage with a diverse client base, from sophisticated financial institutions to startups and first-time issuers.
Preferred Background:
- Strong experience in asset-backed finance transactions.
- Proven ability to navigate complex structured finance offerings.
- Admission to practice law and good standing in New York, Washington, D.C., or Chicago.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $390,000 to $435,000 annually, commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
