Associate General Counsel – Lateral Conflicts & Integration | New York
Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join the Office of the General Counsel at a top-tier law firm in New York. This role will focus on lateral conflicts and integration , working closely with the Conflicts Department and serving as the primary liaison for lateral hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Lateral conflicts clearance and conflict resolution support
- Onboarding assistance from the General Counsel Office’s perspective
- Support new partners with matter openings and clearance upon arrival
