Overview:
Direct Counsel is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Leasing Attorney to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to handle commercial leasing matters in a dynamic and collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements, including term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs.

• Represent landlords in lease negotiations across various property types, including office, retail, industrial, and life sciences.

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties.

• Advise clients on commercial leasing market trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.

• Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

• 1-3 years of experience handling commercial leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating leases and related agreements.

• Strong knowledge of market standards for different lease types.

• Experience representing landlords is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.

• Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
