Mid-Level Litigation Associate (Denver)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded firm in Denver. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of litigation experience and a strong background in handling complex commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and draft legal briefs, motions (including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and motions in limine), and other court filings.
- Manage discovery, including e-discovery projects, in complex litigation matters.
- Take and defend depositions, with experience second-chairing if not first-chair.
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in evidentiary hearings in state or federal court.
- Effectively manage deadlines and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Colorado Bar License required.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings is highly preferred.

Compensation:
This position may be filled in Colorado. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the salary range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
