With an expected increase in class action and privacy litigation matters, this is an excellent opportunity to take on significant litigation work and collaborate with top-tier attorneys in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and support consumer class action and privacy litigation matters.
- Participate in federal and state court proceedings and arbitrations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive legal briefs.
- Oversee discovery processes, especially in class action and mass arbitration contexts.
- Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategies.
- Adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of class action, mass arbitration, and privacy law.
