Key Responsibilities : Assist with complex litigation matters involving data privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology-related disputesConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memorandaSupport discovery efforts, including document review, deposition preparation, and privilege analysisCollaborate with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions, including an international team based in South AmericaProvide strategic insights and case analysis on emerging privacy and data security legal issuesQualifications : J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house setting, preferably involving privacy, technology, or class action mattersStrong legal research and writing skillsExperience handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environmentWhy This Role?
