Duties for the Corporate Associate Attorney Role :
- Represent emerging growth companies and institutional investors in venture capital financing.
- Handle mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions for diverse clients.
- Advise startups on corporate governance, formation, and day-to-day operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
