Direct Counsel is representing a national law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its well-established corporate practice in San Bernardino. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a thriving practice while expanding their own book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, contracts, and business negotiations
- Real estate transaction experience is a plus
- Provide high-level legal counsel and strategic advice to business clients
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys while also managing independent caseloads
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong professional relationships
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 8 years of experience in general commercial transactions
- A modest portable book of business is required
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented firm
