Direct Counsel is seeking a Debt Finance Resource Attorney to join a top-tier firm’s Debt Finance practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in U.S. debt finance to take on a key role supporting the firm's practice group with knowledge management, precedent development, and internal resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transaction Database Management – Track and input deal terms, maintain databases, and audit credit facility terms for key clients.
- Form & Precedent Drafting – Draft, revise, and manage template documents, curating forms and other resources.
- Legal & Market Updates – Monitor industry developments, prepare alerts, and ensure practice resources reflect market standards.
- Legal Education – Assist in developing and coordinating internal training programs for attorneys.
- Marketing & Business Development – Support marketing initiatives, pitch materials, and thought leadership content.
- Attorney Support – Field internal requests for precedents, templates, and research using platforms such as EDGAR, Intelligize, and Practical Law .
- New Initiatives – Contribute to knowledge management and practice innovation projects.
