Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level ERISA Associate to join a highly regarded law firm in New York. This position is ideal for attorneys (class of 2021-2017) with strong litigation experience in the areas of employment and employee benefits.
In this role, the associate will:
- Handle a variety of employment-related and ERISA litigation matters.
- Advise on complex regulatory and compliance issues related to employee benefits.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive in.
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on ERISA or employee benefits matters.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
