Direct Counsel is seeking an ESOP Associate to join a prominent Tax & Benefits practice group at a well-respected law firm known for its expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on ESOP plan design and implementation
- Develop and structure leveraged ESOP strategies
- Guide companies on tax and ERISA implications of ESOP transactions
- Structure business transactions involving ESOPs
- Provide comprehensive tax planning services
