Direct Counsel is seeking Finance Associates with two to six years of experience to join the global finance practice of a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm in New York. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing practice that serves a diverse range of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute complex finance transactions and credit arrangements for a sophisticated client base, including :
- Bank and nonbank lenders
- Private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds, and hedge funds
- Work on a variety of financing structures, with asset-based lending experience being a plus (though not required)

Compensation :
The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000 annually, with actual compensation determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
