Infrastructure Associate Attorney (Multiple Locations)
Direct Counsel is seeking an Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join a renowned firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Denver, Austin, Phoenix, or Washington, D.C. This firm has one of the most comprehensive infrastructure practices in the U.S., focusing on the innovative delivery of large public civil works projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise on legal matters related to construction law, real estate law, public contracts, and / or transportation regulatory law.
- Work on complex infrastructure projects with a focus on project delivery and public-private partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and take ownership of significant matters.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to provide strategic legal counsel.
