Direct Counsel is seeking an Insurance Associate Attorney to join a leading national law firm in Philadelphia, Florham Park (NJ), or New York.
About the Role:The firm is looking for an attorney with 3 to 4 years of litigation experience who is motivated to handle a steady volume of insurance litigation while also being part of a strong, collaborative team. The role offers flexibility in hours with commensurate compensation.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling a steady caseload of insurance litigation matters
- Working directly with clients and insurance industry groups
- Participating in business development opportunities early in your career
- Collaborating with a team that represents some of the nation's largest insurance industry clients
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Bar admission required in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong litigation experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Anticipated salary range: $225,000 – $255,000, depending on experience and location
- Performance-based and discretionary bonuses
