Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex insurance coverage matters, including policy analysis, risk assessment, and litigation
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare briefs
- Manage document production and expert discovery
- Assist in trial preparation and strategy development
- Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- J.D. or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC
- 2 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $235,000 - $310,000, based on experience
