What You'll Do:
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Attend court hearings and depositions
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in California
0-5 years of litigation experience (law firm or clerkship)
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience in personal injury, lemon law, or insurance defense is a plus
