Key Responsibilities:

Advise global entertainment, music, and media companies, as well as institutional and private investors and creative talent.

Handle a broad range of corporate and commercial entertainment transactions, including:

Purchase and sale of music catalogs

Recording and music publishing deals

Music licensing
-
Development, production, and distribution agreements for various media formats

Qualifications:

J.D. earned between 2019 and 2024

Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission

Demonstrated interest and experience in entertainment/media/music law

Outstanding academic credentials

Previous large law firm experience strongly preferred
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is $235,000 – $410,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
