Requirements:
Successful candidates for this position must possess 5 years of legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm, with emphasis on corporate and transactional and, experience in Healthcare or Real Estate/Finance would be beneficial.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (particularly Outlook).
- Candidates must be versed in e-filing.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage files, open new matters as requested by attorneys, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated active approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
