Direct Counsel is seeking a Life Sciences Transactions Resource Attorney to join a prestigious firm with a strong global presence. This is a unique, non-billable role designed to enhance the efficiency and knowledge management of the firm's Life Sciences Partnering practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Template & Precedent Management – Develop, refine, and organize template agreements, precedent documents, and practice resources.
- Education & Training – Collaborate with legal education teams to create and deliver training materials.
- Legal & Regulatory Updates – Monitor industry developments and ensure practice resources reflect current legal standards.
- Thought Leadership – Contribute to publications, industry conferences, and firm-sponsored educational initiatives.
- Attorney Support – Provide internal guidance by responding to precedent and template-related inquiries.
- Process Management – Coordinate with attorneys and firm personnel to update practice materials and publications.
