Direct Counsel is Seeking an Associate Attorney to Join a National Public Interest Law Firm
We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a Palo Alto, CA-based role at a highly respected national public interest law firm. This is a unique opportunity to represent plaintiffs in class action lawsuits and individual actions involving securities , ERISA , and consumer-related fraud matters .
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent plaintiffs in high-impact class actions and individual litigation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and assist with depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Provide legal counsel and develop claims for clients in various complex matters.
- Collaborate with and supervise legal assistants in case preparation and strategy.
Qualifications :

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
