About the Role :
This is a unique chance to advance as a litigation attorney and trial lawyer. The position involves significant case management and includes handling matters for municipal government and private clients. Areas of focus include :
- Open government issues (e.g., Public Records Act / FOIA, Open Public Meetings Act).
- Eminent domain and litigation involving government-owned property.
- Insurance coverage disputes.
- Creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and general commercial litigation.
