Mid-Level to Senior Private Equity Associate (NorCal)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Private Equity Associate to join a leading law firm in San Francisco or Palo Alto .
Position Overview :
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and other general corporate matters.
Qualifications :
- Education : J.D. from an accredited law school
- Bar Admission : Must be admitted to practice in California
- Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience at an Am Law 100 firm or with the SEC
