Real Estate Leasing Associate

310,000 - $420,000 Bonus & Benefits

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Associate with 4 years of experience to join a top-tier firm’s Real Estate Practice in New York . This role focuses on office, retail, and ground leasing for Class A properties , providing significant client exposure and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial leasing transactions , including office, retail, and ground leases.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex leasing agreements .
Provide strategic legal counsel on leasing, landlord-tenant matters, and property management .
Work closely with property owners, developers, and corporate tenants on high-value transactions.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school .

Admission to the New York Bar .

4 years of commercial leasing experience at a reputable firm.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $310,000 - $420,000 , based on experience.
