Real Estate  Paralegal – Commercial Lending

Winthrop & Weinstine, a leading corporate law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join its Commercial Lending Department. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys in a fast-paced environment, supporting complex transactions and providing critical legal assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct title and survey reviews, coordinating revisions and finalizing documents with title companies and surveyors.
• Draft loan documents and amendments, as well as closing instruction letters.
• Review due diligence materials, including UCC searches, organizational documents, and insurance certificates.
• Maintain closing checklists and track due diligence materials.
• Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, ensuring smooth communication and document exchange.

Qualifications:

• Required: 3 years of experience in real estate or lending, preferably in a law firm or financial institution.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent legal experience.
• Experience in the title industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience).
