Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex securities litigation, including class actions, shareholder disputes, and regulatory investigations.

Draft motions and briefs in federal and state court.

Handle written discovery and document production processes.

Take and defend depositions and participate in witness interviews.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and execution.
Qualifications:

3–6 years of securities litigation experience, ideally within a large or specialized law firm.

Prior experience managing elements of litigation matters from start to finish.

Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
