This well-regarded firm is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to manage and lead its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling complex litigation matters, along with strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the firm’s litigation team, providing strategic oversight and mentorship.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case development, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, developing case strategies and providing expert legal counsel.
- Supervise and collaborate with associates, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Actively contribute to the firm’s growth by managing a growing caseload and developing business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm, with a strong focus on complex cases.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of attorneys and support staff is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy in the courtroom.
- Located within the greater Los Angeles area or willing to relocate.
- Active and in good standing with the California Bar.
