Senior Associate – LatAm Project Finance (New York, 6-8 Years' Experience)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Associate to join a top-tier Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group in New York. This role focuses on Latin America project finance , advising leading project sponsors, investors, and lenders on high-profile transactions across energy, oil & gas, telecom, metals & mining, industrial water, and transport infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex project finance transactions across Latin America, including jurisdictions such as Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil .
- Represent sponsors and lenders in bank and securities financing.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on cross-border infrastructure and energy projects .
Qualifications :
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $390,000 - $435,000
