Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct due diligence and oversee complex financing structures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in structured finance, CLOs, securitization, or asset-backed lending at a leading law firm.
- Strong background in structured credit and securities law.

Compensation & Benefits:
