Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex regulatory matters involving telecommunications, media, and FCC compliance.
- Represent clients in FCC and state regulatory proceedings, including rulemakings and enforcement matters.
- Draft and analyze regulatory filings, transactional documents, and client advisories.
- Collaborate with clients on FCC enforcement, transactional issues, and emerging national security/surveillance matters.
- Develop creative and effective solutions for regulatory challenges across the telecommunications and media industries.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.
- Admission to the D.C. Bar.
- Six or more years of experience with telecommunications, media, and FCC regulatory matters.
- Experience with FCC enforcement or transactional work preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Interest or experience in national security and surveillance issues is a plus.
