The Kitting and Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the kitting and fulfillment department. This role ensures that production lines are properly set up, orders are accurately kitted, packed, and shipped on schedule. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesKitting and Assembly Management
- Maintain an accurate production calendar and provide timely updates.
- Oversee and coordinate the kitting process to ensure orders meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Track progress of kitting projects and adjust staffing or resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm all items are correctly kitted and complete before shipping.
Order Fulfillment
- Manage fulfillment operations, including packing, labeling, and shipping.
- Monitor shipping timelines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely deliveries.
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, such as damaged goods or incorrect shipments, and resolve them efficiently.
Team Leadership
- Conduct safety training and meetings to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead and train the kitting and fulfillment team to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Delegate tasks and manage team schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Provide ongoing feedback and training to maintain high performance and quality standards.
Inventory and Supplies Management
- Oversee inventory levels of kitting supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm materials are in stock and ready for use.
- Track usage of kitting and packing materials, aiming to minimize waste and control costs.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency in kitting and fulfillment workflows.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures.
- Monitor key performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize productivity.
Qualifications – Education, Experience, License/Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus).
- Years of experience in kitting, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, with at least [Y] years in a leadership role.

Compensation:
The base compensation range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location.
