Direct Hire Group is partnering with a Mortgage Servicer to help grow their Loan Officer team. This role is hybrid with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote and includes a base compensation as well as competitive benefits and incentives.
Position Summary:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers through the complete loan origination process, from initial contact to loan closing.
- Advising customers on different loan options based on their needs and preferences.
- Effectively presenting Client’s value propositions to clients and real estate professionals.
- Responding to calls from various lead sources while utilizing your understanding of different campaigns to deliver a customized customer experience.
- Explaining and discussing the guidelines of various mortgage loan programs with clients and real estate agents.
- Making proactive calls to prequalified and preapproved customers, applying your campaign knowledge to enhance their experience.
- Taking responsibility for resolving customer issues to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Active NMLS license in at least 1 state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years in the mortgage industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
