Job Description
Insite eCommerce Solution Architect - Melville, NY
The Insite Architect will be responsible for creating, designing, and technically architecting the Insite-based eCommerce solutions, as well as designing system integration and server architecture. The Architect needs to be technically sound / hands-on in all aspects of eCommerce including development, customization, configuration, and integration with multiple ERP systems. In this global role, the architect will closely work with client business partners, functional analysts, development team members, and product owners from different regions.
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications into technical architecture.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and customers to define the website architecture.
- Set up coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor the Inscloudite and Integration developers.
- Design, prototype, build, unit test, debug, and maintain the client's Insite eCommerce global solution. Familiarity with Insite on Cloud (IAAS or PAAS) is a plus.
- Design and build integration with multiple ERP systems.
- Customize existing content approval tools for automated feeds for all the countries / languages.
- Resolve technical problems related to Insite eCommerce and related applications.
- Participate as part of a global development team to ensure successful implementation on time.
