Roll Overview : Direct Learning Systems, Inc. is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service. An important component of this role is working with Student Services, while processing administrative work.

If you have experience in customer service and office management systems we’d like to meet you.

Administrative Assistant :

  • General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Assist in supporting students by providing personal guidance, and academic support
  • Tag and label student materials
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Maintain and order office supplies

Customer Service Support :

  • Professionally handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Analyze CRM and email data to convert leads to enrollments
  • Engage with students and prospects via phone and direct email campaigns
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports as required
  • Evaluate student satisfaction to continually improve current processes
  • Assist in supporting students by providing general administration duties, personal guidance and academic support Thoroughly and

efficiently gather consumer information, assess and fulfill consumer needs, and educate consumers regarding our products and

service

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, graphing, etc.)
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and deadline driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Regular and reliable attendance

COMPENSATION : $37,000 - $42,000 Based on experience

JOB TYPE : Full Time On- site 8 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm Monday-Friday, In person.
