Description
Our Telecommunications Company is a full-service communications general contractor with a steadfast commitment to doing what’s right for the project and our customers. We are currently looking to add to our team and are searching for a qualified Coordinator to work in our Ft. Wayne, Indiana office.
Coordinators are responsible for providing customer service to our customers. Responsibilities include:
· Setup and maintain customer files
· Respond to customer inquiries
· Communicate with sub crews and provide information and updates
· Create pricing information sheet
· Receive and process billing and invoicing from sub-contractors
· Maintain production tracking, reporting to appropriate contact
· Prepare monthly invoices
· Create reports as requested
· All other duties as assigned

Requirements
Coordinators should have a minimum of a HS diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Required Skills:
· Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
· Excellent verbal and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently on assigned duties
· Strong team and collaborative skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
