Job Description:
The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all DMS mailing equipment and machines to ensure a continuous production flow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Mailing and Bindery department equipment, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Replace parts or rebuild equipment as needed
- Set up machines and perform quality procedures
- Communicate effectively with production leaders
Requirements:
- At least two years' relevant experience
- Ability to perform basic mechanic skills
- Ability to read, speak and understand English at a level that promotes a safe work environment
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry 25-50lbs or more
