The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures. They will work closely with the laser printing, mailing, and bindery teams to ensure that all materials meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- One to two years' relevant experience.
- Proficiency with common office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm.
- 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm-6:30am.
- Overtime required as necessary.
