Direct Marketing Solutions, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our printed materials.
In this role, you will work closely with the laser printing, mailing, and bindery teams to verify that materials meet client specifications. You will utilize your knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all materials are shipped for production in accordance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify material specifications against client requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- One to two years' relevant experience.
- Proficiency with common office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm.
- 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm-6:30am.
- Overtime required as necessary.
